We understand that protecting the privacy of our Members and other visitors to our site is very important, and we have undertaken the necessary steps to protect personal information. We are committed to collecting, maintaining, and securing personal information about you in accordance with this policy, as well as applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

This Policy applies to "Personal Information" (as defined below) as well as other types of information collected from you or your computer. This Policy also does not apply to third-party online resources to which TBT's sites may link, where TBT does not control the content or the privacy practices of such resources. Please review this Policy to learn more about how we collect, use, share, and protect Personal Information online.

Types of Information Collected and Used

TBT may collect and use three types of information from you online:

  1. "Personal Information" means information about an identified or identifiable person, including a person's name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or other identifying information. TBT collects Personal Information only when you choose to submit it to us, and TBT will not use such information in a manner other than outlined in this Policy without your prior permission.
  2. "Automatically Collected Data" includes information collected automatically through your use of our website and/or other electronic communications with TBT, including IP addresses, originating domain names, and data regarding the date, time, and length of use of a website.
  3. "Aggregate Information" means aggregated statistical information regarding Personal Information and Automatically Collected Data. TBT does not associate any personal identifiers with Aggregate Information and uses such statistics to improve TBT's products and services.

Collection of Automatically Collected Data

Automatically Collected Data is used for statistical purposes such as measuring and analyzing use of this website as well as for improving the content, efficiency, and usability of this website. We, and some third-party services we use, receive Automatically Collected Data whenever you interact with this site. We may use automatic technologies such as web server logs, cookies, web beacons, and third-party application and content tools such as Google Analytics to collect and analyze Automatically Collected Data. TBT does not use these automatic technologies to obtain your Personal Information.

IP Addresses . An IP address is a number assigned to your computer whenever you access the Internet. All computer identification on the Internet is conducted with IP addresses, which allow computers and servers to recognize and communicate with each other. TBT collects IP addresses to conduct system administration and to conduct site analysis and website performance review.

Cookies. A cookie is a piece of information that is placed automatically on your computer when you access certain websites. TBT may use both session ID cookies (which expire after you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your computer after accessing a website). Cookies allow us to store information on your computer and our servers to help make the interactive experience better for you and to conduct site analysis and website performance review. Most browsers are set up to accept cookies, although you can change the security settings in your browser to block and/or limit the use of cookies when you access this site. You also may visit this site anonymously by using appropriate software or web services available from third parties. Note, however, that some portions of our sites may not work properly if you refuse cookies or use third-party services or software.

Web Beacons. This site may utilize a common Internet technology called a "web beacon" (also known as an "action tag" or "clear GIF technology"). Web beacons help analyze the effectiveness of Web sites by measuring, for example, the number of visitors to a site or how many visitors clicked on key elements of a site.

Web Analytics Services. This site may use third-party web analytics services such as Google Analytics, provided by Google, Inc. These services may use "cookies," page tagging, and/or server log files to help TBT analyze how users use the site. The information generated by these web analytics services about your use of the website (including your IP address) may be transmitted to and stored on our servers or servers owned or controlled by these web analytics services. We and these web analytics services may use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for a given geographic area, and providing other services relating to this site. We and these web analytics services also may transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on behalf of these web analytics services. By using or accessing this site, you consent to the processing of data about you by these web analytics services in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
